Law of Attraction: “Not Having” Thought Commands March 24, 2010

Your thoughts and vibrations command the universe. Your
thoughts are either “having” or “not having” thoughts that spring
our of your states of being. These states of being are emotional
states – how you feel at any given moment. They are knowable if
you learn to pay attention to them.
“Not-Having Thoughts”
These states of being produce “not-having” thoughts which the
universe responds to as commands:
Worried, anxious, angry, perturbed, ornery, agitated, at loose ends,
pissed, feeling hurt, feeling screwed, feeling misunderstood, furious,
impatient, revengeful, depressed.
In all cases, your creation reflects the balance of your thoughts.
Having and “not-having” thoughts contain the same power to create.
But for most people, the “not-having” of something keeps happening
over and over again – sot that they feel like their “having” thoughts are
powerless.
If this is the case for you – reread the list of “not-having” states of being
and ask yourself what portion of your time you spend in one of these states
compared to the “having” states of being.
If you are actually experiencing “not-having” then the greater balance of your time
is spent in “not-having” states of being. Any thoughts you offer out of
these states are “not-having” thoughts – even if you phrase them as
“having” thoughts.
The state of being and the vibration it produces is the operative factor.
Ok – how do I stop these?
Twice daily 15 minute meditation is the fastest way I know to derail habitual
states of being. Have patience with this. It may take two or more months of
daily meditation. In the beginning you may just feel a little relief – that your
mind is not spinning. But as you go on you will begin to feel the difference between
a peaceful state of being (which you get in meditation) and the states of being that
your thoughts produce.
Pay close attention to this difference - because this is where you will see the
otherwise invisible habits of mind – and learn to feel how your thoughts feel.
No doubt they will feel less than peaceful – usually agitated – often fearful.
Once you are learning this you are well on your way to stopping the thoughts
if you keep up your meditation.
Be aware that on any given day you can find yourself thrown back into old
patterns of thought as though you had never made any gains at all. The mind
is like an addict – give that junky a small fix of negative thinking and the next
thing you know you’ll be thinking crap thoughts like a drunk on a one-week
bender.
The challenge here is that you have built up a really powerful Law of Attraction
thing with the long-term habit of your thought pattern. So it’s really easy
to get your old thoughts started again in such volume that you will feel
pinned to the “not-having” thought like a piece of iron to a supermagnet.
The remedy – stick to your meditation. Learn the feeling of peace. Then
gradually you can also learn the way of thinking better feeling thoughts -
happy, optimistic, hopeful, appreciative thoughts – which are all positively
creative towards the “having” of your desires.
